It will be a time of wonderful nonsense, jazz music, fine summer fare catered by Santoni’s as well as lots of fun lawn games and good company.
We hope you will join MREC for our third annual Roaring 20s Garden Party and Croquet Benefit, to be held at the Carroll County Farm Museum on Saturday, June 15th from 4 to 8 p.m. This fun event is a must-attend occasion to launch your summer dates together! However, you do NOT need a date to attend!
Participants are encouraged to wear 1920s era clothing, but it is optional! So, don your favorite flapper dress with feather boas or gangster gear. You may just win our Best Dressed Couple Award! With hors’ doeuvres and summer picnic fair, music with dancing, a snowball bar, lawn games, antique cars, a top-notch silent auction, a croquet tournament and more.
You won’t want to miss this amazing afternoon which is a benefit to raise funding to help keep our programs available and affordable to those in our community. It will be held rain or shine!
